About Us

Blue Fuchsia is owned by husband and wife team Jon and Louise, with the help of their beautiful toddling twins. Jon is a house-husband who expertly juggles looking after two scampering children whilst working creating light, moist and most importantly melt-in-the-mouth cakes.

All of our cakes are made using the best, locally produced ingredients that we can find. From the traditionally churned butter that we sought out from a small farm in Lydney to the finest organic flour from a mill near Tetbury, we know that our ingredients are part of what make our cakes so special. Of course all of our eggs are local and free-range.

We ensure that our cakes are the very best that they can be, by baking them fresh in small batches and decorating each one individually by hand, we make certain that they are presented in the very best possible way.

We have tried hundreds of recipes, carefully balancing ingredient quantities and flavours to ensure that we always produce lovely light and moist cakes.
